Dibba Al-Fujairah Club announced today its official signing of Iraqi international striker Mohannad Ali "Mimi", coming from Al-Shorta Club, in a deal considered one of the most prominent transfers in the UAE First Division League in preparation for the new season 2025/2026.

Mimi, who is 25 years old, is embarking on a new professional experience outside Iraqi football after an exceptional season where he excelled in the Al-Shorta jersey, winning the Iraqi Premier League title and finishing as the top scorer of the competition with 27 goals, confirming his strong return to the spotlight after a series of previous experiences in Qatar and Europe.

The management of Dibba Al-Fujairah expressed great happiness at completing the deal, indicating that the player will be a cornerstone in the ambitious project of the team this season, which aims to achieve strong results and ensure survival in the Professional League.
