The young Spanish star Cristian Mosquera, Valencia's defender, sent an emotional farewell message to his club's fans before officially completing his transfer to Arsenal in the coming hours.

The trusted journalist Fabrizio Romano conveyed Mosquera's message, in which he stated: "I leave Valencia as a man, after arriving here as a child at just twelve years old, Valencia is my home, and it will always be."

Arsenal has reached an agreement with Valencia and the player regarding the details of the deal, with Mosquera set to undergo a medical examination later this week in preparation for signing the contracts and joining Mikel Arteta's squad.

Mosquera is 21 years old and excels in the center-back position. He has previously participated with the Spanish national team in winning the gold medal in football at the Paris Olympics, in addition to being promoted to Valencia's first team since January 2023.
