Al-Ghandour Comments on Petrojet's Refusal to Sell Hamdan to Zamalek
The media figure Khaled Al-Ghandour commented on Petrojet's refusal to transfer the team's star player Hamid Hamdan to Zamalek.
Petrojet's management rejected the Palestinian star's move to Zamalek during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Al-Ghandour said on Facebook: "It is Petrojet's right to sell Ahmed Reda in the middle of the season to Al-Ahly, and it is Petrojet's right not to renew for Rashad Metwally and let him transfer to Modern Club without any compensation, and it is also Petrojet's right to refuse to sell Hamdan to Zamalek due to the team's need for his services."
He added: "Especially since it is a club that is only looking to survive, and it is not a petroleum institution that spends from its treasury, and also it is not a fan-based club, but in the end, the budget and everything will be accountable by those responsible."
