Real Madrid Targets Three New Free Transfers After Signing Arnold
Monday 16-06-2025
Real Madrid continues its policy of targeting players available on free transfers, following its successful signing of Alexander Arnold from Liverpool this summer after his contract ended.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Marca", Real Madrid has identified three players to sign in the summer of 2026, should they not renew their contracts with their clubs.

French defender Ibrahima Konaté from Liverpool tops the list of targets for the Merengue to strengthen the defense, given the recurring injuries among the team's defenders and the need for new elements that combine experience and talent.

Also included in Real Madrid's interests is young Spanish defender Cristian Mosquera from Valencia, along with left-back Myles Lewis-Skelly, a star from Arsenal, who showcased impressive attacking performances in the Premier League and the Champions League during the last season.

Despite reports suggesting that Skelly has signed a new contract with Arsenal, Real Madrid's management hopes to sign him for free if his contract is not officially extended.
