Napoli President: De Bruyne Will Join Us
Aurelio De Laurentiis, president of the Italian club Napoli, confirmed that the Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne wants to join them, coming from Manchester City on a free transfer.
De Laurentiis stated in press remarks: "I really believe that Kevin De Bruyne will join us now."
He added: "They told me that he has already bought a beautiful house in Naples... I spoke to Kevin, his wife, and child this morning, the house was beautiful."
He concluded: "Is the deal finalized? Until the contracts are signed, we must be cautious."
De Bruyne will sign a 3-year contract with Napoli, where he will receive a salary of 6 million euros for the first two seasons, and in the third season, his salary will be 5 million euros, in addition to a signing bonus.
