Hamza Hadi: Al-Hudood Players Psychologically Broken Due to Losses
Al-Hudood coach Hamza Hadi expressed his deep dissatisfaction with the psychological state of his players after the new loss the team suffered against Al-Zawraa with a score of two goals to none, in the fourth round of the Iraqi Stars League, confirming that the significant decline in results is due to reasons that have accumulated over a long time.
Hamza Hadi said in statements after the match:
"The match was difficult; we are facing a team competing for the title that includes distinguished players and a respectable coaching staff, so we were aware of the magnitude of the task. But frankly, the state that Al-Hudood players have reached makes it difficult to deal with any match normally."
He added in a sharp and critical tone:
"I honestly don’t know what the previous managers of the club were doing… they just came to collect their salaries without leaving a real impact, and this has directly reflected on the players' situation. The team is bearing today the consequences of wrong administrative decisions that have accumulated over the years."
Hadi continued his talk saying:
"Today I saw the players… most of them are psychologically broken and mentally exhausted, and no matter how much you try to lift them up or bring them back to a normal state, you can’t. The consecutive losses have killed the spirit within the team, and this is painful for any coach trying to fix things in these circumstances."
