Mount: I have waited for a night like this for a long time, and returning to Bilbao will be special

The star of Manchester United spoke in press statements after qualifying for the Europa League final, winning against Bilbao 4-1 in the second leg, noting that the first leg ended 3-0.

Mount, who scored two goals, said: "I have waited for a night like this for a long time, I kept working hard in training every day, and I tried to stay optimistic, and whenever I got the chance, I tried to make my mark."

He added: "It paid off today, I stepped onto the pitch and impacted the game. It was a close match, I just tried to calm things down."

Regarding the goal he scored from midfield: "When I saw the goalkeeper coming out, an idea struck me: the first touch and the shot, I didn't want the ball to reach my left foot, I was just trying to score it, just like with the first goal, to turn and try to put it in the net."
