Zamalek's Stance on Biserro's Continuation

Ahmed Salem, the spokesperson for Zamalek Club, responded to the possibility of dismissing the Portuguese coach Jose Biserro from training the team in the upcoming period.

Media reports indicated that Biserro's fate became uncertain after Zamalek's exit from the African Confederation Cup, losing to Stellenbosch in the quarter-finals.

Salem stated in his remarks that the issue of Biserro leaving Zamalek's coaching staff is not on the table at the moment.

He added: "We are all focused on the next seven matches to win them regardless of the recent results, and I hope we are fortunate enough for Zamalek to win the league title."

He continued: "Exiting the Confederation Cup was a shock and was unexpected. In the first match against Stellenbosch, we were the better team, and we have moved past this exit and are now focused on the league."

He concluded: "Our current focus is on the league championship, and the idea of Biserro leaving the club has not been raised due to the limited time in the upcoming period, as the season will end in a month and a half."
