Former Disciplinary Chairman: Al-Hilal Has the Right to Complain About Jesus in This Case
Fahd Al-Qahiz, the former president of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation, confirmed that Al-Hilal has the right to file a complaint against Jorge Jesus, the team's coach, if he continues to neglect his duties.
Al-Qahiz explained in television statements: "The Brazilian federation's negotiations with Jesus are considered a violation of regulations... If this is proven, Al-Hilal's management can terminate his contract without paying the penalty clause."
He added: "If Al-Hilal's management sees that Jesus is negligent in his work, they should issue him a warning... The assessment of negligence or not depends on the evaluation of the technical and administrative staff, who monitor the coach's performance."
He concluded: "If the situation remains as it is, Al-Hilal has the right to file a complaint with FIFA against Jesus if there is evidence of negligence in performing his coaching duties."
