The anticipated administrative changes within the Saudi club Al-Hilal have slowed the resolution of several files related to Barcelona during the current transfer window, primarily concerning the future of Portuguese player João Cancelo and Brazilian player Raphinha, as well as the potential transfer of midfielder Marc Casado to the Saudi league.

The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" explained that Al Hilal is currently working on appointing a new sporting director to outline the team's plan for the next season, which has led to the postponement of final decisions regarding several deals on the club's table.

The case of João Cancelo is one of the most prominent issues related to Barcelona, as coach Hansi Flick prioritizes him to strengthen the full-back position. Additionally, the future of Italian coach Simone Inzaghi will be influential in this matter, especially since the relationship between him and the Portuguese player was not good, and he was inclined to let him go, which would have facilitated his move to the Catalan club.

At the same time, Al-Hilal's interest in signing Raphinha remains, as the club's management shows readiness to make an offer to Barcelona. However, the final decision awaits the approval of the new sports administration. Despite this, the Brazilian player has previously expressed his desire to continue with the Catalan team.

As for Marc Casado, who is not part of Hans Flick's plans for the next season, his agent Jorge Mendes has put his name among the options available to Al-Hilal. The midfielder is aware of the possibility of leaving Barcelona in the near future, but if he moves to Saudi Arabia, he prefers to join Al-Nassr where Inigo Martinez is, as he believes it will give him a greater sense of stability.
