Ruud Gullit: It Would Be a Disaster If Milan Fails to Qualify for the Champions League
Milan legend Ruud Gullit confirmed that a disaster would occur if the Rossoneri fail to qualify for the Champions League.
Gullit stated in an interview with "La Gazzetta dello Sport": "The match against Napoli will not be easy; it is a strong team."
Regarding Milan's distance from the Champions League qualifying spots, he said: "It would be a disaster (if they fail to qualify), the Rossoneri are behind in the standings, and the chase will be difficult, but they must give their best; they can still achieve it."
He added: "Inter has a better chance of winning the Serie A title, and as for the Champions League, I reiterate that Real Madrid is the favorite. They could have been eliminated from the tournament, but Ancelotti always finds a way to survive; Carlo is amazing."
He noted: "That said, I wouldn't mind Paris Saint-Germain winning the title; they impress me with their style of play."
