Potafojo reduced the difference in the 87th minute via Patrick de Paula one minute after he shared as a substitute.

This title is the third for Flamingo in its history in the Brazilian Super Cup and the first since 2021, to strengthen its position as the most crowned team in the championship, beating teams such as Palmeiras, Gremio, Corinthians and Atletico Mineiro who won the title only once.
