Zizou: My goal is to maintain the stability of Zamalek

Zamalek player Ahmed Sayed Zizou issued an official statement on the issue of renewing his contract with the White Castle, which ends at the end of the current season.

Zizou said in his statement on his account on the social networking site "Instagram", that he was in respect and appreciation of the fans of Zamalek club, he would like to clarify what is going on about renewing his contract.

Zizou said: "I do not like to go into the details and the best response and focus on the field, because this is my work, yet many false news that I do not know has spread, and there are still those trying to use my name to stir the controversy."

He added: "My first and last goal is to maintain the stability of the club, and I see the Zamalek club and its fans always deserve the best, as I believe that the relationship between a large club and one of its players must be based on mutual respect, especially in light of the difficult circumstances that the club is currently going through."

And he tampered: "In this context, I find that talking about this file is very sad and unfortunate, and it must be stopped, we all realize the conditions that the club is going through, and it is not permissible to offend any party or blame without clear evidence."

He concluded: "With regard to this issue, I have always proven how much my love and loyalty to the Zamalek club and its fans, and I do not like to justify this, as I am fully aware of the suffering that the Board of Directors bears due to the accumulated financial burdens and the great expenses incurred by the club during the crisis."
