Gross: Al-Masry’s match could end with a free kick
Swiss Christian Gross, coach of Zamalek, revealed Ahmed Sayed Zizou’s position on participating in the Al-Masry match in the Confederation Cup.
Gross said during the press conference, This Saturday evening, Zizou is a professional player, and I have known him well for 5 years. The player wants to participate in the match despite suffering from a cold, and his health condition will be evaluated to determine his final position on the match.
Gross stressed the importance of the Al-Masry match, scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, in light of the strength of the opposing team and Zamalek’s desire to maintain the lead.
He continued his speech: “Facing Al-Masry is strong and Zamalek is capable of achieving victory in tomorrow’s match, and facing a team from the same country makes the task difficult for both teams, especially since each team knows the other well.”
He concluded: “Things will not be easy for Zamalek or Al-Masry. From my point of view, the match could end with a set goal given the closeness between the two teams in level.”
