The Saudi Al-Ittihad Club expressed its strong desire to sign Brazilian international Ederson, the English goalkeeper of Manchester City, during the current summer transfer period.

According to reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano, Al-Ittihad has entered into serious negotiations with its counterpart, Manchester City, in order to obtain the services of goalkeeper Ederson this summer.

He indicated that Al-Ittihad Club is seeking to include Ederson, following his counterpart Al-Nasr’s withdrawal from the deal, after contracting with Brazilian Bento Krepski, from Atletico Paranaense during the past few days.

The journalist stressed that Manchester City will allow the Brazilian goalkeeper to leave for the benefit of the Union, if he receives 50 to 60 million euros.

Al-Nasr Club had withdrawn from the race to contract with Ederson, due to Manchester City’s large financial requests, after its offer of 30 million euros was rejected.
