Arsenal clarify stance on selling Hincapié and outline January plans

Arsenal have made a decision regarding the future of their Ecuadorian defender Piero Hincapié, amid interest from FC Barcelona in signing him during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed via his YouTube channel that the English club does not intend to sell Piero Hincapié or make changes to their defense in January, noting that Mikel Arteta considers the player an important asset due to his ability to play in both center-back and left-back positions.

On the other hand, Romano clarified that Arsenal are considering strengthening their attacking line, but they will not sign a new player unless the right opportunity arises from both a technical and financial standpoint.

TEAMtalk has reported that Arsenal are looking to sign a forward and a left winger, while also being interested in two AFC Bournemouth players, making the reinforcement of their attacking line one of their potential goals in January.
