Chelsea identify four English talents to strengthen midfield in January
Chelsea are starting to outline their plans for the upcoming winter transfer window, having placed four new names on the table to strengthen their midfield, amid the struggles of their previous attempts to sign several of their main targets.
Journalist İkram Konur revealed that the management of the London club has turned to studying alternative options after failing to finalize the signings of Enzo Fernández and Lamine Camara, and has begun monitoring a group of players in preparation for selecting the most suitable for the team's needs.
The list includes Harrison Armstrong, an Everton player, and Lewis Miley, a star from Newcastle, alongside Josh King, a Fulham player, and Myles Lewis-Skelly, an Arsenal player, as the club is exploring the possibility of moving to acquire one of these names during the winter transfer window.
Meanwhile, Chelsea's scouting department continues to evaluate available options and monitor potential players to identify the right deal, especially as strengthening the midfield remains one of the club's top priorities in the upcoming period.
