Tiago Silva said that when his compatriot André Santos visited him at his home in the British capital London, the latter was astonished by what he saw, adding: "When André Santos came to my house in London, he was in shock at what he saw, so I told him: Do you think I reached this level just because my name is Tiago Silva?".

The Brazilian defender added: "My personal chef, recovery equipment, and how much I care about sleep have been observed," explaining that these details made the young player realize the sacrifices required to reach and maintain a professional level.

Silva concluded his remarks by emphasizing his pride in influencing young players, stating: "I am proud of my ability to impact these players and encourage them to prepare better, in order to extend their football careers."
