Financial demands derail MAS Fes negotiations with Jurčić
MAS Fes have stumbled in their negotiations with Croatian coach Krunoslav Jurčić, as his financial demands prevented an agreement on him taking charge of the team in the upcoming period, succeeding Portuguese coach Rui Almeida.
According to press reports, the former Pyramids FC coach has stipulated a monthly salary of 125 million centimes, which includes his financial dues and those of his coaching staff. The club's management considered this amount to exceed the available financial capabilities and the budget allocated for the team.
Despite attempts by MAS Fes officials to bridge the gap and reach a mutually agreeable financial formula, both parties' insistence on their positions prevented the deal from being completed, leading to negotiations ending without an agreement.
Thus, the management of MAS Fes continues its search for a new coach to lead the team after the option to sign Uroš Đuričić faltered.
