Officially.. ES Setif terminate contract with Hamada Sidqi due to poor results

ES Setif have announced today, Wednesday, the termination of their contract with Egyptian coach Hamada Sidqi and his staff, following a series of negative results that the team has achieved since he took over the coaching responsibilities.

The club has revealed the appointment of Amir Qarawi as interim coach of the team, pending the hiring of a new coaching staff, in a move aimed at correcting the course in the upcoming phase.

Hamada Sidqi has left due to negative results.

The decision to part ways with the Egyptian coach came after ES Setif played six matches under his leadership in the Algerian league, achieving only one win, alongside two draws and three defeats. This record did not help the team distance itself from the danger zones.

ES Setif are currently 12th in the Algerian league table with five points, just one point above the relegation zone, increasing the pressure on the team as the season continues.

Mohamed Za'louk, the Egyptian player from Tamouchent, scored a goal against ES Setif in a match that contributed to increasing pressure on the coaching staff, amid anticipation regarding the team's future following the departure of Sadki.

With that, Hamada Sedki's experience with ES Setif comes to an end, after taking over the coaching role following Hossam El Badry. Meanwhile, the management is awaiting the final decision on the identity of the new coach to lead the club in the upcoming period and attempt to improve its position in the league table.
