Buric defends Abha players after loss to Al Faisaly
Boric said during the press conference after the match that his players put in a good performance and made a great effort, but the problem was their inability to capitalize on the available opportunities and turn them into goals.
The coach explained that the scenario of the match did not differ much from previous Abha games in the league, noting that his team created many scoring opportunities but was unable to convert them into a positive result.
Abha hoped to finish the first half with an advantage, but their attempts did not change the score, ending the first half in a goalless draw.
Borich revealed that there are absences in his team's squad due to injuries, emphasizing that these circumstances affect various clubs, and that the required approach is to handle them well and prepare for upcoming challenges in the best possible way.
Abha's coach spoke about the upcoming match against Al Ittihad, describing their opponent as a very strong team. He explained that his focus is on managing the players' fatigue and preparing them adequately for the difficult encounter.
Damir Buric, the Croatian manager of Abha, defended his players following the loss to Al Faisaly by a goal to nil in the postponed match from the 8th round of the Saudi Pro League, asserting that they do not deserve blame.
