Inter continue to apply pressure as Lazio share Serie A lead

The battle for the top of Serie A has intensified after the eighth round, with Inter and SS Lazio both on 22 points, while Milan and AS Roma continue to chase the leaders.

Inter's thrilling victory over Fiorentina confirms the team's ability to collect points even when matches become complicated, while Milan continued their positive results with a win over Udinese.

In contrast, Roma's draw against SSC Napoli allows the capital team to maintain its position among the contenders, while Juventus still needs a series of victories to make up for the points lost in previous rounds.

Recent results confirm that the competition for the Serie A title is still open, with points closely bunched among several teams in the top positions.
