Details of Real Madrid's refusal to sign Adeyemi

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Karim Adeyemi, the former Borussia Dortmund player, was offered to Real Madrid during the last summer transfer window. However, the royal club decided not to complete the deal, preferring to explore other options to strengthen their squad.

According to Romano, Real Madrid have preferred to sign Yan Diomande, while FC Barcelona have not moved to acquire Adeyemi due to his market value, amid differing calculations between the two clubs regarding strengthening their squads.

Real Madrid have signed Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig for €125 million, in a deal that highlights the level of investment the royal club has decided to allocate to the player, according to the information received.

In contrast, FC Barcelona has signed Karim Adeyemi for €22 million from Dortmund, highlighting the significant difference in the value of the two transfers between the clubs during the summer transfer window.
