Uli Hoeneß publicly criticises Lennart Karl
Uli Hoeneß, the honorary president of Bayern Munich and vice chairman of the supervisory board, has publicly criticized young talent Lennart Karl, emphasizing his intention to have a serious talk with him and stressing the need for young players to remain humble and not overestimate their status.
Uli Hoeness said: "I intend to have a serious talk with him. He is still far from being a big star; young players need to have humility."
He added: "The comparisons with Michael Olise are certainly not in his favor, as there is a vast difference between them. Young players also need pressure."
And Uli Hoeneß concluded his statements by saying: "For example, I don't know if it's good for Lennart Karl to receive support and pampering all the time."
