Hesham Nasr reveals details of land allocation for Zamalek SC in New Assiut

Zamalek SC's board has successfully allocated 20 acres of land in New Assiut to establish a new branch, as announced by engineer Hisham Nasr, the club's vice president. This investment step aims to enhance the club's sustainable financial resources and expand its fan and sports base in Upper Egypt.

Nasser said: "Finally, after a great effort, the Zamalek SC board, under the leadership of Captain Hussein Labib, has succeeded in obtaining the allocation letter for the Zamalek land in New Assiut, after a long period during which the allocation file was stalled following the October land withdrawal crisis. However, we managed to resolve the issue thanks to effort, perseverance, and continuous work."

He added: "We have succeeded in reaching an agreement with an investor, which will bring the greatest benefit to Zamalek SC, with the returns being in favor of the club. This aligns with our plan to develop sustainable resources and maximize the benefits from Zamalek's assets."

He added: "I would like to thank the Ministry of Housing, Engineer Raeda Al-Manshawi, the Minister of Housing, Deputy Minister Walid Abbas, and Dr. Islam Hassan, for their cooperation with Zamalek SC in recent times."

Zamalek SC's vice president stated: "We were among the first to propose investment ideas to develop clubs and enhance their resources in the regions, and we promise Zamalek fans and members across Egypt more developments in the upcoming period, especially regarding infrastructure development and the expansion of new branches."

Engineer Hisham Nasr concluded his statements by confirming that the Zamalek SC Board of Directors continues to work on implementing its plan to provide sustainable resources for the club, supporting development and expansion plans and fulfilling the aspirations of its fans and members.
