Walid Salah El Din: Patience with Al-Hussein is essential, and players bear responsibility

Walid Salah El-Din, former director of football at Al Ahly FC, emphasized the importance of giving Moroccan coach Al-Hussein Amouta enough time to correct mistakes and restore stability to the team. This comes after the team drew 3-3 against Qanah FC in the seventh round of the Egyptian League.

Walid Salah El-Din stated during a television interview: "If I bring Guardiola instead of Amouta, will that solve the problem? Al Ahly must be patient with Amouta for a while and try to correct the mistakes."

Walid Salah El-Din emphasized the importance of holding players accountable for the drop in performance and the decline in results at certain times, explaining that the management of Al Ahly FC meets all the requirements for success and provides an ideal working environment through continuous administrative and financial support, as well as a commitment to disbursing bonuses on time, in addition to the quality of the infrastructure and the facilities available to the team.

The former director of football at Al Ahly FC stressed the importance of players bearing the brunt of responsibility on the pitch and not attributing the team's decline solely to the head coach. He highlighted the necessity of working to correct mistakes and giving the coaching staff the opportunity to address the issues that have emerged during recent matches.
