Officially: Amorim misses press conference before Milan and Atalanta clash

AC Milan have announced that there will be no press conference for Portuguese coach Ruben Amorim today, Saturday, before the match against Atalanta, scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, as part of the seventh round of Serie A.

The decision was made due to the pressure of matches and the succession of commitments, after the team faced Red Bull Salzburg in the UEFA Europa League last Thursday, achieving a big win with four goals, before returning to Serie A.

According to Italian reports, Amorim and his coaching staff preferred to use the limited time available to focus on training and tactical preparation for the upcoming match, given the short time frame between European and domestic matches.

AC Milan will face Atalanta tomorrow, Sunday, at San Siro, in a match where the team aims to continue their positive results. Meanwhile, reports suggest that the press conference for Amorim may also be missed before the match against Udinese next week, due to a busy fixture schedule.
