Former Zamalek star praises white players' performance against Rwandan army
Ahmed Dewidar, former Zamalek SC star, praised the performance of the white team players against the Rwandan army in the match that took place on Friday evening as part of the CAF Champions League.
Zamalek SC secured a victory over Rwandan army with a single goal from Nasser Mansy in the 90th minute, in the match held at Amahoro Stadium in the first leg of the CAF Champions League Round of 32.
Dweidar wrote on his Facebook account: "Congratulations to the great Zamalek fans and the tough players. Thank God it went well. I'm happy with the return of Nasser Mansy, the legend, to scoring, and Captain Moataz did well during the match, especially with the substitutions at the right time. Bravo, guys, we are with you and will continue to support you. Zamalek's victory lifts the mood."
He added: "The return of the scorer, we need every player, the season is long and difficult, and it's a matter of registration and work, sir. Support Zamalek, support the players, there is no other solution, and everything we are in is due to the board of directors, not the technical staff and the players. Support your team until the last breath, we are Zamalek, we are the kings."
