FC Barcelona continues installing seats in the third tier at Spotify Camp Nou

FC Barcelona continues the installation of seats in the third tier of Spotify Camp Nou, after Limak began this phase in mid-September, showing signs of progress in the works, according to the newspaper "Mundo Deportivo."

The installation process has begun at the opposite side of the main stand, with several complete sets of seats appearing in the upper part of the stadium. Although the completed area is still limited, it clarifies the expected shape of the stand, including the FC Barcelona logo that will be drawn using the seats.

The stadium currently has a capacity of around 62,000 spectators, which is expected to rise to over 65,000 by the end of the season, an increase of between 3,000 and 5,000 spectators. This is thanks to the VIP boxes located between the second and third tiers, which are expected to be ready before the end of the season.

The newspaper clarified that Spotify Camp Nou will not reach its expected maximum capacity of around 105,000 spectators during the current season, while plans are in place to complete the stadium development works in the summer of 2028.
