Bouanani's crisis deepens with limited minutes in Scotland and absence from Hamdani's list

Algerian international Badredine Bouanani's experience in Scotland is still far from achieving the desired goals, as the player for the 'Greens' has been unable to find a foothold in the starting lineup at Rangers, raising concerns about his future, despite joining the team at the beginning of September in search of a greater opportunity to play and regain competitive rhythm.

The latest chapter in this struggle came during Rangers' 3-1 win over Kilmarnock in Scotland on the evening of the day before yesterday, as Bouanani only participated in the last four minutes, continuing his limited appearances since joining the team, in a scenario reminiscent of the difficult period he experienced in recent months with Stuttgart.

In numbers, the 21-year-old has played only 98 minutes in four matches across various competitions since moving to Rangers on loan, with his only start coming against St. Mirren, where he played nearly 60 minutes.

After that, midfielder Badredine Bouanani played for 16 minutes against Celtic in the League Cup, then 18 minutes in another match against the same opponent in the league, before finding himself in the Kilmarnock match almost out of his coach's plans, as he only came on in the final moments.

The picture becomes more complex considering that the move to Scotland was primarily aimed at giving the player a chance to play regularly and develop his potential through continuous participation, which was emphasized by the Stuttgart management at the moment of announcing his loan, considering it an important stage in his career.

The repercussions of this situation did not stop at the club level, but extended to the national team, as Bouanani was absent from the list of national coach Ibrahim Hamdani during his first training camp at the helm of the 'Greens'.
