Celtic secured the Scottish Premier League title after defeating Hearts 3-1 in the final round of the season, confirming their fifth consecutive championship win.
The match began with Hearts taking the lead through Lawrence Shankland before the end of the first half, after he seized an opportunity to give his team the advantage in the decisive encounter, amid heavy pressure from the home side who needed a win to secure the title.
In the second half, Celtic came back strongly, equalizing through Arne Engels from a penalty kick, before continuing their pressure until Daizen Maeda managed to score the winning goal in the final minutes of the match.
In injury time, Callum Ousmand secured the victory with a third goal into an almost empty net after a counterattack, confirming the win and officially awarding Celtic the league title amid great celebrations at the end of the season. This brought their total league championships to 56, one more than their rivals, Glasgow Rangers.
