FC Barcelona is expected to officially announce the renewal of their Brazilian star's contract this week, with a possibility of the announcement ceremony taking place on Friday, pending the completion of required procedures and documents.

Raphinha's renewal confirms FC Barcelona's desire to retain one of their key attacking players, as the player has become a fundamental part of the team under coach Hans Flick.

The Brazilian star has played 185 matches for FC Barcelona in all competitions, scoring 89 goals and providing 62 assists.
