French judicial authorities have decided to dismiss Kylian Mbappé's complaint against his former club Paris Saint-Germain, regarding allegations of moral harassment, due to insufficient evidence.

Local media reported that Kylian Mbappé's lawyers filed the complaint last year during the legal dispute between the player and Paris Saint-Germain regarding his financial entitlements, before later withdrawing it, while the investigation into the case continued.

Investigating judges decided to archive the case last May as it became difficult to continue the proceedings, especially since Kylian Mbappé himself no longer supports the complaint.

The case concerns Mbappé's exclusion from the first team at the start of the 2022/2023 season after he refused to extend his contract, a move the club aimed to use to push him to renew or leave before his contract expired.

The player has returned to the team after several weeks, before leaving Paris Saint-Germain in 2024 to join Real Madrid for free.

Kylian Mbappé began legal proceedings in May 2025 to claim his dues after the club withheld part of his salary and bonuses. A labor court ruled in his favor, ordering Paris Saint-Germain to pay €61 million, a ruling that the club did not appeal and has become final.

With this complaint preserved, all legal disputes between Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain come to an end.
