Mahmoud Gehad of Zamalek SC suffers injury

Khaled El Ghandour has revealed that Mahmoud Gehad, a player for Zamalek SC, suffered a minor injury during the team's training. The injury occurred while the white team was preparing for their upcoming matches.

Khaled El Ghandour added during his program "Stad Al-Mihrwar" that the past hours have seen Mohamed El Sayed undergo a light rehabilitation program involving jogging around the pitch, and he did not participate in the collective training. His status for the match against Zed in the Cairo Capital Cup remains unclear at this time.

Mohamed El Sayed, the team's midfielder, has been following his rehabilitation program on the sidelines of training due to the injury he is suffering from in his foot, under the supervision of the medical staff, in order to prepare him for participation in collective training in the upcoming period.

Zamalek are set to face ZED FC next Wednesday at El Mokawloon SC Stadium in the first round of the Cairo Capital Cup.
