Does Pyramids FC want to sign Ahmed Fatouh, star of Zamalek SC?

Mohamed Naji, the general coach of Pyramids FC, has revealed the official stance of the management regarding recent rumors about the club's desire to sign international Ahmed Fatouh, the left-back of Zamalek SC.

Mohamed Naji has confirmed the difficulty of Ahmed Fatouh's transfer to Pyramids FC in statements made to "MBC Masr". The general coach explained that the idea is currently unlikely due to strategic and technical reasons concerning the team's current squad. He also pointed out that the club already has strong alternatives in the left-back position that meet the coaching staff's expectations.

Gedo explained: "The reason for the difficulty in Pyramids FC's contract with Ahmed Fatouh is due to the presence of the duo Karim Hafez and Mohamed Hamdi in the team, both of whom play for the Egypt national team and are delivering outstanding performances."

Ahmed Fatouh's contract with Zamalek SC will expire at the end of the current season on June 30, 2027.
