Ahmed Fatouh pushes to leave Zamalek SC

Ahmed Fatouh, the left-back for the first team of Zamalek SC, is determined to leave the White Castle during the current transfer window, in light of the substantial financial offer he received from Ahli Benghazi in Libya, which opens the door for him to embark on a new experience outside the Egyptian League.

A source close to the player revealed that Fatouh requested a meeting with Hussein Labib, the president of Zamalek SC, to clarify his situation and speed up the procedures for his departure, after previously speaking with Hussein El Sayed, the general supervisor of football, and informing him of his desire to accept the offer from Libya.

The source explained in exclusive statements to "Erem News" that Fatouh considers the move to Ahli Benghazi a suitable opportunity for both him and Zamalek SC, especially with the financial value offered to complete the deal. The source pointed out that the player wants to know his fate before the transfer window closes in Libya.

Hussein El Sayed has informed Ahmed Fatouh that the final decision regarding his departure is up to Hussein Labib, which has angered the player, who threatened not to renew his contract with Zamalek SC if the management rejects the offer from the club in Libya.

Ahmed Fatouh's desire to leave coincided with an official approach from Al Ahli Benghazi for his services, details of which were revealed by Samir Salah, the player's agent, during his recent television appearance.

According to statements from Fatouh's agent, the Libyan club began its negotiations with an offer of $500,000 to buy the player, before Zamalek SC requested to raise the financial compensation to $700,000.

Mohamed Salah has indicated that Ahli Benghazi agreed to increase their offer to $700,000, but Zamalek SC raised their demands again to $1 million for the left-back, a sum that the Libyan club has agreed to pay, awaiting the final response from Zamalek SC's management.

Negotiations have not been limited to a sale option, as the player's agent revealed a proposal to loan Ahmed Fatouh for two seasons for $500,000, with the player set to earn $3.5 million during the loan period, receiving $1.5 million in the first season and $2 million in the second.

Samir Salah explained that executing the loan option requires extending Ahmed Fatouh's contract with Zamalek SC for 3 seasons, with the player spending two seasons at Ahli Benghazi before returning to the white team.

In contrast, reports from sources within Zamalek SC indicate that the club does not wish to part ways with Ahmed Fatouh during the current period, given the team's need for his services this season, especially as the player is in the final year of his contract with the white castle.

The registration deadline in Libya is approaching, where it is scheduled to end on October 6, making it essential to finalize the deal before this date if Fatouh wants to move to Ahli Benghazi during the current transfer window.
