Sibari wins the golden boot as the best player in the Dutch league
Moroccan international Ismail Sabiri, a player for Bayern Munich, has been awarded the 'Golden Shoe' for the best player in the Dutch league for the 2025-2026 season, following an impressive season with PSV Eindhoven.
Sibari's award comes after he delivered standout performances that contributed to PSV Eindhoven's success in winning the Eredivisie title, alongside triumphing in the Dutch Super Cup, concluding his season with one of the most notable individual achievements in Dutch football.
The Moroccan player made 37 official appearances for PSV Eindhoven last season, scoring 19 goals and providing 9 assists, confirming his strong presence before moving to Bayern Munich.
Sibari, aged 25, has received the award for the best football player in the Netherlands, where he was presented with a trophy in the shape of a golden football boot, in recognition of the levels he achieved during the 2025-2026 season.
