Juventus thrash Nijmegen 5-0 in UEFA Europa League

Juventus secured a comprehensive 5-0 victory over Dutch side Nijmegen on Thursday evening in the first round of the group stage of the UEFA Europa League, showcasing a strong performance from the Italian team at the Allianz Stadium.

Nicolo Gonzalez opened the scoring for Juventus in the 9th minute, before Karim Alijbegovic added the second goal in the 24th minute. Nick Woltemade then extended the hosts' lead with a third goal from the penalty spot in the 35th minute.

In the second half, Juventus continued to dominate the match, with Zeki Celik adding the fourth goal in the 75th minute, before Randal Kolo Muani capped off the five-goal haul in the 82nd minute, ensuring the Bianconeri took all three points.

This victory gives Juventus a strong start in the UEFA Europa League, as the team managed to score five goals and keep a clean sheet in their first European match of the season under the management of Luciano Spalletti.
