Warm welcome for Ziyech at Brazilian Botafogo

Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech received a warm welcome from Botafogo fans during his official presentation as a new player for the team on Sunday, amid a large crowd.

Fans celebrated the Moroccan star with Moroccan and Brazilian flags, alongside the Botafogo emblem, in a special atmosphere during his presentation ceremony.

Hakim Ziyech will wear the number 22 shirt with his new team after signing a contract that runs until 2028, starting a new experience in Brazilian football.

The Moroccan player took part in his first training session with his new teammates yesterday, Saturday, in preparation for the upcoming season, where Botafogo players created a welcoming corridor for him during his first training.

Hakim Ziyech has previously worn the shirts of Twente and Ajax in the Netherlands, Chelsea in England, Galatasaray in Turkey, and Al-Duhail in Qatar, in addition to Wydad Athletic Club, before embarking on his new experience with Botafogo.
