Truth about Ghazl El Mahalla's negotiations with Juan Carlos Garrido to coach the team

Spanish coach Juan Carlos Garrido, the former manager of Ismaily SC, has clarified the recent rumors regarding official negotiations with the management of Ghazl El Mahalla to take over the team's coaching duties.

Jarrido stated in remarks on Al-Nahar channel: "No, there have been no negotiations, and I organized some days in Egypt to watch some football matches from inside the stadium."

He added: "This is something I do in Spain and Belgium, and I have watched many matches in Egypt, including matches for Bank El Ahly and Ghazl El Mahalla. This happened by chance, and there were no contracts or negotiations with the officials at Ghazl El Mahalla."

He added: "If negotiations and communication happen from Ghazl El Mahalla, I am a football coach and I love coaching, but I prefer to coach teams where the circumstances are suitable for me, and there are some teams whose internal conditions have not been appropriate."

He continued: "There are teams I am not interested in coaching because their circumstances do not suit me, and there are no talks with Ghazl El Mahalla. I have great respect for them, but they are not part of my project at this time."

He added: "I believe it is better to coach teams that have conditions that help achieve goals, and if a team wants to sign me to win the league, they need to provide that. I am not in a hurry to lead a team at the moment, and I want to enjoy my work and do it well."
