Statements from Moataz Jamal after Zamalek's win over Ghazl El Mahalla

Ma'tamed Jamal, the head coach of Zamalek SC, spoke about the victory his team achieved against Ghazl El Mahalla this Wednesday evening in the Egyptian League.

Zamalek SC succeeded in overcoming Ghazl El Mahalla with a clean goal in a match held on Wednesday evening, in the fifth round of the Egyptian League.

Ma'tamid Jamal stated at the press conference: "There is no easy match, and today's match is our first away from home. I thank the Zamalek fans who left their homes to support us, and I dedicate this victory to them."

He added: "Thank God for the victory and we are doing well, except for the match against Ittihad where we drew at the beginning, but what matters to me right now is achieving results."

He continued: "There are matters that the press conference is not the right place to discuss, and we faced some issues and were working to fix many things at the same time."

He continued: "We played 4 official matches in 12 days, and thus the situation shifted from unpreparedness to a state of fatigue among the players, and the average fan may not notice some of these issues."

He added: "I see the flaws but I cannot change these circumstances, and therefore I confirm that the most important thing for us is to achieve victory. The players are making a great effort within their physical capabilities, and I emphasize the physical aspect because I have the best players in Egypt."
