Bentayg: Ghazl El Mahalla match was tough and Zamalek fans are number one

Moroccan Mahmoud Bentayg expressed his great happiness at the victory achieved by Zamalek SC over Ghazl El Mahalla on Wednesday evening in the Egyptian League.

Zamalek SC won against Ghazl El Mahalla with a single goal this Wednesday in the fifth round of the Egyptian League.

Mahmoud Bentayg stated after the match: "The encounter was not easy at all, and we knew we were facing a strong team, and there are no easy matches in the Egyptian League."

The left-back confirmed that the determination and resolve of Zamalek SC players were the reason for achieving victory, after the team was trailing until the final minutes of the match.

He added: "My winning the Man of the Match award came thanks to my teammates, who contributed significantly to me receiving the award, and the team plays as one united front."
