Al-Taawoun secures Nasser Al-Hail's signing after competition from Al-Hilal and Al-Qadisiyah
Al-Taawoun have secured the signing of Saudi defender Nasser Al-Hailil from Al-Najma after strong competition from Al-Hilal and Al-Qadisiyah during the summer transfer window.
According to Al-Riyadiyah, Al-Taawun and Al-Najma have reached a final agreement regarding the transfer of Al-Hilal, after all the details of the deal were agreed upon, with the player signing with Al-Taawun for three seasons.
Al-Hilal's 26-year-old player has attracted interest from several Roshen League clubs after impressing with Al-Najma last season. He participated in 26 matches across all competitions, totaling 1,916 minutes, and scored one goal.
The signing of Al-Hilal by Al-Taawoun comes as part of the club's efforts to strengthen its squad with local players, after the defender was a target for Al-Hilal and Al-Qadisiyah, before Al-Taawoun secured the race in their favor.
