Officially.. Robinho's son joins Genoa

Genoa have announced the signing of Brazilian Robinho Junior, the son of former Brazilian star Robinho, on loan from Santos until the end of the season.

Robinho Junior is 18 years old and has made 27 appearances for Santos FC, most of them as a substitute, totaling 528 minutes and one assist, without scoring his first official goal yet.

The deal includes an option to buy for €8 million, with Santos potentially receiving an additional €2 million in incentives linked to the player's call-up to the Brazil or Italy national teams.

Thus, Robinho's son begins his first professional experience outside Brazil, in a move that will take him to the competitions of Serie A.
