Neymar intervenes in Santos transfer market and paves the way for Arthur and Coutinho deals

Despite being sidelined due to a thigh injury, Brazilian star Neymar played a significant role in Santos FC's transfer activities, as he helped resolve the transfer ban imposed on the club before participating in efforts to strengthen the team's squad.

According to the French newspaper 'L'Équipe', Neymar, with the help of his sports marketing company, paid around two million euros to lift the transfer ban on Santos FC, which allowed the club to regain its ability to register players and make new signings.

Neymar's role did not stop at resolving the crisis, as he participated in the moves that led to the signing of midfielder Arthur, before also getting involved in negotiations with Philippe Coutinho, to help convince him to join Santos FC.

Santos FC are looking to strengthen their squad, with Neymar taking on a role that goes beyond his duties as a player, participating in identifying target names and helping to attract them. It seems as though he is assuming a role similar to that of a sporting director within the club, despite his injury temporarily sidelining him from competitions.
