Divine Mukasa Returns to West Ham on Loan from Manchester City

West Ham United has officially announced the return of attacking midfielder Devine Mukasa to their ranks, coming from Manchester City on a one-season loan for the 2026-2027 campaign.

Moukasa, 18 years old, returns to the London club after leaving the West Ham academy in September 2023 to join Manchester City. His transfer marks a return to the club where he spent many years of his career in the youth ranks.

Last season, Mokasa had the opportunity to feature with Manchester City's first team, participating in several matches, before moving to Leicester City on loan in the second half of the season in the EFL Championship. He scored two goals and provided three assists during 15 appearances.

Manchester City has renewed Mukasa's contract earlier until 2030, confirming the English club's commitment to the player in the long term. His loan to West Ham aims to provide him with greater opportunities to participate and gain more experience in men's football.
