Füllkrug Returns to Werder Bremen on Loan

Werder Bremen has completed its agreement with West Ham United for the loan of German striker Niclas Füllkrug, according to Sky Sports Germany.

Füllkrug is set to travel to Germany today, with a medical scheduled for Tuesday, paving the way for his official transfer to Werder Bremen.

The 33-year-old forward will return to his former club on loan until the end of the season, with no option for Werder Bremen to purchase his contract permanently.

Füllkrug has agreed to waive part of his salary to help finalize the transfer, which is now in its final stages, with an official announcement expected following a successful medical examination.
