Official: Neom Signs Faisal Al-Ghamdi on Loan from Ittihad

Neom has officially announced the signing of Saudi midfielder Faisal Al-Ghamdi from Ittihad during the current summer transfer window, in a move aimed at strengthening the squad ahead of the new season.

Al-Ghamdi has joined Neom on a one-season loan, seeking a new experience away from Ittihad, having become one of the players with solid experience in the Saudi league.

Al-Ghamdi is 24 years old and plays as a midfielder. He previously had a professional experience in Belgium with Beerschot on loan during the 2024-2025 season, before returning to Al-Ittihad.

Neom hopes that Al-Ghamdi will represent an important addition to the midfield, benefiting from his abilities and experience in local competitions. Meanwhile, the player will work on securing more playing minutes and proving himself with his new team.

The deal is part of Neom's efforts to bolster its squad in preparation for the new season, as the club continues to build a competitive team for the Saudi Roshan League.
