Al Ahly Close to Signing Mahmoud Salah from Ghazl El Mahalla

Ahmed Shobair has confirmed that Al Ahly is nearing the completion of the deal to sign Mahmoud Salah, the star of Ghazl El Mahalla, during the current summer transfer window.

In radio statements, Shobair said: "Al Ahly will not pay the 50 million requested by Ghazl El Mahalla for the player, but the club has conceded some things to finalize the deal."

He added: "We can say that Mahmoud Salah's deal is 99% secured for Al Ahly, and the player is happy about moving to the Red Devils."

This step comes as part of Al Ahly's management efforts to strengthen the team with strong elements and inject new blood, ensuring continued competition for all local and continental titles in the upcoming season.
