Al Ahli Tripoli Terminates Pablo Sabag's Contract After 6 Months
Libyan club Al Ahli Tripoli has announced the termination of its contract with Syrian striker Pablo Sabagh, just six months after he joined the team during the last winter transfer window.
Sbagh has joined Ahli Tripoli from South Korea's Suwon FC, after an impressive season in the K League, where he scored 17 goals and provided 2 assists in 34 matches, attracting interest from several clubs before his transfer to Libya.
The Syrian forward began his journey with Ahli Tripoli on a positive note, scoring his first goal with the team last March, confirming his ambition to help the club clinch the Libyan league title.
The decision to terminate the contract ends Sabagh's experience with Al Ahli Tripoli after a short period since his signing, despite the agreement at the time of joining being expected to last for several years.
